This pioneering scholarly oeuvre evaluates the major comparative philosophy of Islamic international criminal justice. It represents an in-depth analysis of the necessities of creating an Islamic international criminal court, its possible jurisdiction, proceedings, judgments, and sanctions. Über Autor(innen)

Farhad Malekian has been a distinguished leading authority on comparative international criminal law and procedure since 1992. He is the author of eighteen books and a plethora of articles, which have been recommended sources and reading literature in law faculties from Europe to Vietnam. In 2015, his book Principles of Islamic International Criminal Law was selected in Europe as the “legacy of scholarly knowledge freely accessible for each and every reader around the world” by Knowledge Unlatched, and was granted the Gold Award in the Middle East in 2013.
