Constanze Moorhouse is a dual qualified (German and English) partner in the Eversheds Human Resources practice group and leads the Eversheds International Employment Counsel Team in the UK.

Constanze regularly works in a cross-border environment advising on both German and English law in all matters relating to employment, including litigation and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. She regularly acts as project manager for multi-jurisdictional HR projects.

Constanze is a native German speaker, is fluent in English and Italian, and also speaks French and some Spanish. She spent one month working in the Eversheds Milan office where she participated as a speaker in a number of seminars and conferences.

Constanze is the author of the German chapter of the book "EU & International Employment Law", co-author and editor of the Bloomsbury Professional book "Employment Law in Europe", and has contributed to the books "Doing Business with Germany" and "Employment Law in the NHS". She regularly speaks at seminars and delivers training, on German, English and international employment law topics.
