Über Autor(innen)

John G. Meara is the director of the Program in Global Surgery and Social Change in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School and chairman of the executive committee of the Harvard Plastic Surgery Training Program. Dr. Meara also serves as the chief of the Department of Plastic & Oral Surgery at Boston Children's Hospital.Dr. Meara received his MD from the University of Michigan Medical School and his DMD from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed residencies in otolaryngology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and in plastic surgery and Brigham and Women's Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital. He has also completed an MBA program, graduating from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne.
