Professor Ronggui Ding has a PhD in system engineering, and is currently Professor at the Management School of Shandong University. He won the "Excellent Talent in the New Century" award, run by the Ministry of Education. His professional activities include being the Global Research Coordinator for the International Project Management Association (IPMA), one of the judges of the IPMA Global Project Excellence Award, and a Chinese Committee board member for the Global Project Management Degree Accreditation Center of Project Management Institute (PMI). He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Project Management Review and an associate editor of Project Leadership and Society. He is the Lead Investigator for a number of competitive research grants funded by the national bodies such as China National Natural Science Fund and China National Soft Science Fund. He has been awarded a number of scientific and technological awards at the provincial and ministerial level.

Reinhard Wagner has been active for more than 35 years in the field of project-related leadership, in such diverse sectors as Automotive, Engineering, and Consultancy, as well as various not-for-profit organizations. As Managing Director of Tiba Managementberatung GmbH, a leading PM Consultancy in Munich/Germany, he supports executives of industrial clients in transforming their companies towards a project-oriented, adaptive and sustainably successful organization. Reinhard Wagner has published 37 books as well as several hundred articles and blog posts in the field of project, program and project portfolio management. In more than 20 years of voluntary engagement he served the German Project Management Association (GPM) as well as the IPMA in various roles and was granted Honorary Fellowship of IPMA and several of its member associations.

Constanta-Nicoleta Bodea is a Professor of Project Management and Management Information Systems at the Department of Economic Informatics and Cybernetics, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. She has a Ph.D. in Economic Cybernetics and Statistics, on the topic of knowledge management systems for Research, Development and Innovation Management. Starting in 2014, she is also a Senior Researcher at Centre for Industrial and Services Economics, Romanian Academy of Sciences. Her research is focused on knowledge management systems, service innovation and technology-enhanced teaching and learning in project, programme and portfolio management. She has co-authored or edited more than 50 books and book chapters, and has published more than 350 papers in journals and conferences proceedings.
