Dr. Mohd Aizudin bin Abd Aziz is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. His research is centered on environmental sustainability, green technology, and industrial waste valorization. His primary expertise lies in the transformation of waste oils and scheduled waste into value-added products, including sustainable lubricants, bio-based greases, and eco-materials. He actively explores the intersection of circular economy principles and chemical engineering processes to develop clean, efficient, and economically viable recycling solutions for industrial by-products.

Dr. Norfazliana Abdullah is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia. She serves as a Head of Programme of the Oil and Gas Engineering from 2023 till present. She obtained her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), which her research interests include membrane technology, nanomaterial synthesis and wastewater treatment particularly on oil spill cleaning.

Dr. Abu Zahrim Yaser is an associate professor in the Chemical Engineering Programme at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), where he also serves as the dean of the Faculty of Engineering. He is the founder of the Kundasang Compost Living Lab and obtained his Ph.D. from Swansea University, UK. He is ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2026 in the field of Chemical Engineering.
