Primarily intended as a text for postgraduate students of management and those pursuing postgraduate courses in finance, this well-organised and deeply researched study explains corporate finance as an area of finance dealing with the financial decisions corporations make and the tools and analyses used to make these decisions. The concluding part, Part VII, tries to integrate the contents of the book since good corporate governance is essential for effective implementation of policies.

Über Autor(innen)

Chandrasekhar Krishnamurti (Ph.D.) is Associate Professor at the College of Business, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. He has held teaching positions at Monash University, Australia; National University of Singapore; Nanyang Business School, Singapore; and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Dr. Krishnamurti has presented/published many papers in international conferences/journals.

S.R. Vishwanath is Assistant Professor at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur. He has held academic positions at several top business schools in India. S.R. Vishwanath has authored Corporate Finance: Theory and Practice and edited Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring for Sage Publications. He has also written 40 cases on corporate finance.
