Vasyl Mygal is Professor at the State Biotechnological University and a leading Ukrainian scholar in engineering methodology, transport systems, and vibration-based diagnostics. He has long-standing experience supervising doctoral and candidate dissertations and developing methodological frameworks for presenting scientific results in engineering research. He is the author of influential methodological works and has contributed significantly to standards for dissertation research in engineering disciplines.

Andrii Hnatov is Head of the Vehicle Electronics Department at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University and Professor of Engineering. His research spans electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy-efficient transport technologies, and electromagnetic and vibration-based methods in engineering. He has supervised multiple doctoral researchers, led state-funded research projects, and authored numerous scientific and methodological publications.
