Ashish Bansal, a Senior Manager of Technology at Sapient (www.sapient.com), has over 8 years of experience in the IT world. He has been coding for over 15 years (counting the games he wrote for his ZX Spectrum 128K). He has extensive experience in web application development and EAI.

He is an avid open source follower and contributor. He is always looking to learn new things, eg Google Web Toolkit and Ruby on Rails, when he is not playing with his daughter. Ashish was the technical reviewer for Ruby on Rails Solutions from friends of ED, and has also published various articles on IBM developerWorks. He has been a member of IEEE for over 10 years.
