Dr. Syed Asad Abbas Bokhari is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy, Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. His research focuses on artificial intelligence in public governance, digital government, public policy, public administration, and institutional innovation. He examines how emerging technologies reshape policymaking, administrative systems, public service delivery, and governance capacity in rapidly evolving digital environments.

Dr. Bokhari has published extensively in internationally recognized top-tier peer-reviewed indexed journals. His research spans AI governance, evidence-based policymaking, smart cities, crisis management, climate governance, public sector innovation, organizational behavior, and digital transformation.
