Detective Superintendent Tony Cook is a former Senior Investigating Officer at Greater Manchester Police and currently a regional SIO advisor for the National Crime Agency. He has led and advised on major police investigations for more than 20 years and is the author of the successful Blackstone's Senior Investigating Officer's Handbook (now in its second edition), and contributor to the Blackstone's Police Operational
Handbook.
