Bringing together interdisciplinary research, it explores the role of artificial intelligence, data analytics, the Internet of Things, robotics, digital twins, immersive technologies, and smart tourism systems in reshaping destination management, hospitality, consumer behaviour, and visitor experiences. It also addresses circular economy practices, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, cultural heritage, inclusion, resilience, and human capital. Through conceptual studies, empirical research, and international case studies, the book provides researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals with critical insights and practical guidance for developing more innovative, responsible, inclusive, and sustainable tourism systems.
