This book offers a complete overview of nanocircuit development. It begins by providing in parts 1 and 2, the foundations of quantum and statistical physics and of circuit theory as a basis to the proceeding discussion of their application to nanocircuits. The theory and practice treated in this book seeks to bridge the existing gap in the literature between conventional circuit synthesis theory and nanoelectronic circuit design.
