<b>Natal Dank</b> heads up Learning, Consultancy & Coaching at PXO Culture and is seen as a pioneer in the Agile HR movement. In 2016, she hosted the first Agile HR Meetup in London with the aim of building a community of like-minded disrupters, which has since grown into a regular event held across the world from Sydney to Paris and online. A year later, Natal co-founded the Agile HR Community. Based in Scotland. UK, she is focused on defining modern HR for the 21st Century. She was listed by <i>HR Magazine</i> as one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers of 2022.

Natal Dank co-founded PXO Culture and specializes in people experience, HR and business agility. She is also Chief Trendwatcher at the HR Trend Institute and was named one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers by HR Magazine. Recognized as a pioneer of Agile in the people profession, Natal hosted the first London-based Agile HR Meetup in 2016, which has grown into a global movement reshaping the L&D and people profession. Based in Scotland, UK, she is the author of Agile L&D and the co-author of Agile HR, both published by Kogan Page.
