Dr. Sanjoy Das is currently working as Professor, Department of Computer Science, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central Government University), Amarkantak, M.P. (Manipur Campus), India. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Before joining IGNTU, he has worked as Associate Professor, School of Computing Science and Engineering, Galgotias University, India, July 2012 to September 2017, and also, as Assistant Professor G. B. Pant Engineering College, Uttarakhand, and Assam University, Silchar, from 2001 to 2008. His current research interest includes Mobile Ad hoc Networks and Vehicular Ad hoc Networks, Distributed Systems, Data Mining. He has published numerous papers in international journals and conferences including IEEE and Springer.
Dr. Ram Shringar Raw received his Ph.D. (Computer Science and Technology) from School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India in 2011. He has obtained his M. Tech (Information Technology) and B. E. (Computer Science and Engineering) in 2005 and 2000 respectively. He has worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University, MP) from April 2016 to March 2018. Since 2018, he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Netaji Subhas University and Technology, Delhi, India. He has more than 24 years of teaching, administrative and research experience. Currently he is performing the administrative works in the capacity of Head of Office (Registrar), Student Welfare Officer (SWO), Senior Warden, NSS/Sports In-charge, and Member of Training and Placement of the Institute. Dr. Raw has worked administrative works in the different capacities such as Head of Office, Member of Academic Council, Chief Warden, Coordinator University Cultural Cell, Coordinator University Computer Center, HoD of Computer Sc. and Engg., Proctor, Warden, Member of BOS and Nodal Officer of Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) etc.
Dr. Raw has participated in the technical program committees of several conferences and serves as a reviewer in many international journals and conferences. He has delivered more than 70 invited lectures and chaired many sessions in conferences at national and international level. Currently, he is associated with a wide range of journals and conferences as chief editor, editor, chairs, reviewers, and members. He has organized more than 25 conferences, workshops, FDPs and seminars at national and international levels. Dr. Raw has published 19 books, 06 patents and 150 research papers with good impact factors in reputed International Journals and Conferences including IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley & Sons, Taylor & Francis, Inderscience, Hindawi, IERI Letters, American Institute of Physics, etc. His google scholar citations are 2630. He has guided more than 90 B. Tech and 30 M. Tech students for their projects and dissertations. He has also supervised 08 PhD students and supervising 06 more Ph.D students for their thesis work. He has received 09 awards for best research paper and research works. His current research interest includes Mobile Ad hoc Networks, Vehicular Ad hoc Networks, Flying Ad-hoc Networks and IoT Cloud.
Dr. Vincenzo Piuri is Professor at the University of Milan, Italy (since 2000). He was Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Italy, Visiting Professor at the University of Texas at Austin, USA, and Visiting Researcher at George Mason University, USA. He has founded a start-up company in the area of intelligent systems for industrial applications and is active in industrial research projects. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. His main research and industrial application interests are artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, computational intelligence, pattern analysis and recognition, machine learning, signal and image processing, biometrics, intelligent measurement systems, industrial applications, distributed processing systems, Internet of things, cloud computing, fault tolerance, application-specific digital processing architectures, and arithmetic architectures. He published over 400 papers in international journals, international conference proceedings, and books. He is Fellow of the IEEE and Distinguished Scientist of ACM. He has been IEEE Vice President for Technical Activities (2015), Member of the IEEE Board of Directors (2010–2012, 2015), and President of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (2006–2007). He is Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Systems Journal (2013–2019).
Dr. D. K. Lobiyal received his Ph.D and M. Tech (Computer Science & technology) from School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India in 1996 and 1991, respectively, and B. Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering) from Lucknow University, India in 1988. He is currently working as Professor in the School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. His research interest includes Mobile Ad hoc Networks, Natural Language Processing, and Neurocomputing. Dr. Lobiyal has published papers in International journals and conferences including IEEE, Wiley and Sons, Springer, Inderscience, WSEAS, IGI Global, and ACTA Press.
Dr. Monica Bianchini received the Laurea cum laude in Mathematics and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Florence, Italy, in 1989 and 1995, respectively. After receiving the Laurea, for two years, she was involved in a joint project of Bull HN Italia and the Department of Mathematics (University of Florence), aimed at designing parallel software for solving differential equations. From 1992 to 1998, she was a Ph.D. student and a Postdoc Fellow with the Computer Science Department.
