Moving beyond traditional PE settings, this book demonstrates how physical activity can be woven into school systems at multiple levels, offering creative strategies that extend beyond classrooms. Edited by experts in special education, school counseling, sport psychology, and sport management, the book offers practical strategies and research-informed insights for teachers, coaches and families to ensure all children benefit from high quality physical activity as they develop resilience, confidence, and other life skills that allow them to flourish.
