Dewart, Megan
Megan Dewart graduated with a First class LLB (Hons) degree from Edinburgh University in 2010, and then went on to study for the BCL at Oxford University, graduating with Distinction in 2011. Megan then completed a Diploma in Legal Practice (graduating 2012), also at Edinburgh University. She trained as a solicitor with Simpson & Marwick WS, qualifying in 2014, and working thereafter as an assistant solicitor in litigation. Megan started work as Law Clerk to Lord Carloway (initially when he was Lord Justice Clerk, but since December 2015 as Lord President) in October 2015. Since 2011, she has been a tutor in law at Edinburgh University.

MacQueen, Hector
Hector MacQueen is Professor of Private Law and Deputy Head of the College of Humanities and Social Science at the University of Edinburgh.

Timothy H. Lim is Reader in Hebrew and Old Testament Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Hector L. MacQueen is Professor of Private Law and Director, Shepherd and Wedderburn Centre for Research in Intellectual Property and Technology, University of Edinburgh. Calum Carmichael is Professor of Comparative Literature, Department of Comparative Literature and Adjunct Professor of Law, Cornell Law School, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
