Über Autor(innen)

Dr. Dipak Chatterjee is an educationist and scholar who has started his career at St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata as a Lecturer. Subsequently, he became Reader and finally retired from there as a Distinguished Professor and Head of Mathematics Department. Apart from St. Xavier’s where he taught for 32 years, he also taught in Calcutta University, IGNOU, IISWBM, NSO. University and many engineering colleges and management institutes. After retiring at sixty from St. Xavier’s College he worked as the principal of the Institute of Engineering & Management for almost eight years and then became the Vice Chancellor of the S. S. University, a post he held for two years. He completed his Ph.D. from Indian Statistical Institute and Calcutta University. The courses he taught include Ph.D., M.Phil, M.Tech, M.Sc., M.B.A., M.C.A, M.Com, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.B.A., B.C.A., B.Com. Apart from many awards, he won the Mother Teresa Award in the year 2019.

He is a prolific writer and researcher contributing over 250 research articles and 35 books published by different publishers in India and abroad.
