Jill Lenk Schilp is a humane educator, certified professional in health care quality, and masters-level registered nurse. She worked in health care for three decades before her current role as a humane educator and volunteer therapy animal instructor. Her work has appeared in books, journals, magazines, blogs, and print media. She is a member of the Dog Writers Association of America. She lives in Richardson, Texas.
