Über Autor(innen)

Sohrab Donyavi is an Associate Professor in Construction and the Built Environment at the University of East London. He holds advanced academic qualifications in construction management and engineering, including postgraduate and doctoral study at the University of Reading UK, and has undertaken executive education at the University of Cambridge. His academic and professional work bridges construction management, engineering management, sustainability, digital construction, artificial intelligence, supply chain management, small and medium-sized enterprises in construction, leadership, ethics, and the future of the built environment. His research examines how construction professionals make decisions under pressure, exercise ethical judgement, protect safety and wellbeing, use technology responsibly, and shape built environments that serve communities, society, and future generations. Through teaching, research, curriculum leadership, professional engagement, and industry collaboration, Dr Donyavi has contributed to the advancement of construction education and the preparation of future professionals who can lead with judgement, responsibility, and practical wisdom.
