Mohamed Elseknidy is a PhD researcher and guest lecturer in project risk management at Teesside University, and a project and risk management consultant with over 12 years of experience. He has helped organisations design and implement robust project management solutions, embed risk-aware thinking, and turn complex uncertainty into clear, actionable strategies. Professionally, he holds the PMP, PMI-RMP, and PRINCE2 Practitioner credentials, combining globally recognised best practice with deep hands-on expertise. His research focuses on sustainable and green construction, advanced risk management frameworks, value management, and digital and AI-enabled decision-support tools that strengthen project success and long-term resilience.

Ahmed Farouk Kineber is Lecturer in Project Management at Central Queensland University and Head of the Sustainable Project & Asset Management Research Group. Ranked among the world’s top 2% of scientists in construction management, he is an internationally recognised authority in Value Engineering and Value Management. He holds elite credentials including Certified Value Specialist (CVS), Professional in Value Management (PVM), MCIOB, and P3O®.

M. K. S. Al-Mhdawi received his Ph.D. in risk management from the University of Southampton, U.K. He is currently an Assistant Professor in engineering management at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, U.K., and a Researcher in safety engineering at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He has more than 14 years of experience in integrating risk and safety management within core business processes across industries that include oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, mining, finance, space, and healthcare.

Ayodeji Emmanuel Oke is an experienced lecturer with over 15 years of teaching and research experience in higher institutions of learning across the world. He obtained his first degree with a first class (Hons.) in Quantity Surveying and completed his Master and PhD degree in the same discipline. He is an Associate Professor and Head of the Quantity Surveying Department, Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Nigeria. He is also an Associate Director at the institution’s Centre for Research and Development (CERAD). He founded the Research Group on Sustainable Infrastructure Management Plus (RG-SIM+) and currently serves as the team lead. Ayodeji Oke is a DGNB - German Sustainable Building Council International Consultant. His research interests include sustainable development, value management, and digital construction.
