Ewelina Jarosz (she/they) is a scholar in the queer-feminist stream of blue humanities. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Media and Cultural Studies at the National Education Commission University in Krakow, Poland. She is a two-time recipient of the Kosciuszko Foundation Scholarship. As an artist and researcher, she collaborates with the E.A.R.T.H. Lab at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the Posthumanities Hub at Linköping University in Sweden. They are members of the artist-research duo cyber_nymphs. They are also co-founders of the hydrosexual movement in art and the Blue Humanities Archive project.

Karolina Kolenda is an art historian and literary scholar, educated at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. She is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Art and Design, University of National Education Commission in Krakow. Among her current research interests are environmental art history, landscape studies, and cultural geography.

Tomasz Sikora is a Professor at the Department of English Studies, University of the National Education Commission, Krakow, Poland. He has been working mainly in the fields of environmental (post)humanities, biopolitics and queer studies. He has recently co-edited an issue of Angelaki: Journal of the Theoretical Humanities entitled Water (Vol 28, No 1, 2023), which is to be published as a stand-alone book by Routledge. He co-founded and continues to co-edit InterAlia: A Journal of Queer Studies.
