FRANZ GERTSCH (*1930) feierte im Jahr 2020 seinen 90. Geburtstag. Die Teilnahme an der documenta 1972 in Kassel brachte ihm als Schweizer Vertreter des Fotorealismus den internationalen Durchbruch. Die Gemälde in diesem Band stammen aus dieser entscheidenden Schaffensphase.
