BRYAN GICK is Professor of Linguistics at the University of British Columbia and a Senior Researcher at Yale’s Haskins Laboratories. He is a leading authority on the biomechanics of speech and sensory-motor integration in communication.

DONALD DERRICK is Associate Professor at the New Zealand Institute of Language, Brain & Behaviour at the University of Canterbury. His research explores how humans produce, perceive, and integrate auditory, visual, and tactile signals in speech.

IAN WILSON is Professor of Linguistics at the University of Aizu, Japan, and Director of the Center for Language Research. He is widely recognized for his contributions to experimental and pedagogical approaches to phonetics.
