Dr. Vishal Goar is a distinguished academician, researcher, and author currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Applications at Engineering College Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. He previously held the position of Dean (Research) at Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner. Dr. Goar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has successfully qualified the UGC-NET in the same discipline. His primary research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Mining, and IoT-based Systems.A Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Goar is also affiliated with several professional bodies such as ACM, ISTE, CSI, IAENG, IACSIT, and the Internet Society. Throughout his career, he has authored and edited more than 18 books published by renowned international publishers including Springer (Singapore) and Scholars Press (Germany), and has contributed a wide range of research papers and book chapters to reputed journals and international conferences.

Dr. Manoj Kuri is Head (AI&DS Dept) at Engineering College Bikaner, India. He was awarded Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in field of Microwave satellite image processing. He is having teaching and research experience of 24 years. He has held many administrative and academic responsibilities in past, such as Principal (Engineering College Bikaner), Head (Computer science and IT department), Head (Electronics and Communication Engineering) and Incharge (Technology Business Incubation center) and has also carried out the responsibility of Registrar of the institute. He has many research publications in esteemed journals and renowned conferences. He is member of many scientific and Professional societies/bodies such as IEEE, ISTE, ISRS, OSI and IEEE GRSS.

Dr. Jyoti Gajrani is an accomplished academic leader with over two decades of experience in engineering education, research, and institutional development. She is M.Tech. in Computer Engineering from IIT, Bombay, and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur. She is currently serving as Head of the Training & Placement Cell at Government Engineering College, Ajmer, where she has played a pivotal role in strengthening industry–academia collaboration, enhancing student employability, and establishing centers of excellence. She served as Head of the Department of CSE from 2020 to 2024, contributing significantly to curriculum development, NBA accreditation, and academic administration. Under her leadership as HoD, the college achieved NBA accreditation in for Computer Engineering branch. She has actively organized national conferences, faculty development programs, and student innovation events. She is deeply engaged in AICTE/TEQIP projects, including proposal development for MODROB in the domain of Cyber Security.

Professor Tomonobu Senjyu, born in Saga Prefecture, Japan, in 1963, is a renowned academic and researcher in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Ryukyus, Nishihara, Japan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 1994. Currently, he serves as a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of the Ryukyus, where he has made significant contributions to both teaching and research. Over the years, Professor Senjyu has played a key role in advancing studies related to renewable energy integration, power system optimization, power electronics, and advanced control of electrical machines. He has supervised numerous graduate and doctoral students, contributing to the growth of young researchers in the field of sustainable energy and intelligent control systems.
