Dr. Ankur Gogoi is an assistant professor in the Department of Physics at Jagannath Barooah University (formerly Jagannath Barooah College), Assam, India. He completed his Ph.D. in 2012 from Tezpur University, Assam, India, and worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the Institute of Biophotonics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, from 2016 to 2018. Dr. Gogoi has also held the position of an assistant professor of physics at The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat, India, and Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology—Tezpur, Assam, India. His research interests are in optoelectronic instrumentation, linear and nonlinear optical microscopy, photonics, and nanotechnology.

Dr. Biplob Mondal is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Tezpur University. His research interests include nanoscale engineering for sensing, optical biosensing, smart materials and systems, and MEMS/NEMS applications.

Dr. Shuwen Zeng is currently a Chargée de Recherche CNRS at L2n (Laboratoire Lumière, nanomatériaux et nanotechnologies), Université de Technologie de Troyes, France. She obtained her Ph.D. from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her main research interests focus on engineering optical micro-/nanostructure-based ultrasensitive chemical and biological sensors. She has been awarded the CNRS Bronze Medal in 2025 for her work on nanophotonics for biosensing.
