This open access book constitutes the revised selected papers from the workshops and the poster track held at the 27th International Conference on Agile Software Development, XP 2026, which took place in São Paulo, Brazil, during April 8-11, 2026.

XP is the premier agile software development conference combining research and practice. The main ambition of the co-located workshops was to foster collaboration, generate new insights, and advance the field of agile software development.

The 11 workshop papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 35 submissions. They stem from the following four workshops: the 2nd Agile Practice & Research (PR) Workshop; the 4th International Workshop on Global and Hybrid Work in Software Engineering (GoHyb); the workshop on Human-AI Collaboration in Agile Teams; and the International Workshop on AI for technical debt management in agile software development (AI4TD).

In addition, the book contains 4 out of 5 papers submitted to the track .
