Gorell, Ro
<b>Ro Gorell</b> is Director at Change Optimised, supporting leaders to navigate organization-wide transformation through coaching, mentoring and change management solutions. She has extensive experience in both group and individual coaching. An accredited trainer with IC Agile she is an active member of both the Agile and Change Management global communities. Based in Australia, she is the author of <b><i>Group Coaching</i></b> and with Gillian Jones the co-author of <i>How to Create a Coaching Culture </i>and <b><i>50 Top Tools for Coaching,</i></b> published by Kogan Page. Her latest area of research is coaching self-organizing teams.

Ro Gorell specializes in performance improvement and talent development, working with a broad range of clients looking to leverage talent and effect change. Ro's enthusiasm for group coaching began in 1999 whilst coaching process improvement teams.
