These methods include immunocytochemistry, in situ hybridization, in situ poly merase chain reaction, antigen retrieval, image analysis, and the like. Analytical morphology is the foundation of contemporary medicine. It provides concrete and visible evidence for many conceptual deductions of other life science disciplines.
