Maritime Strategy for Medium Powers in the Twenty-First Century covers the subject comprehensively, identifies the distinctive approaches needed for the development of medium-power maritime strategy, and includes short case studies of medium power navies. It also includes an appreciation of the life and work of Richard Hill, to whose memory the book is dedicated.
