In the Information Age, companies must create, disseminate, and effectively use kno- edge within their organization in order to maintain their market share. Given that knowledge-based organizations willcontinuetobeadrivingforcebehindtheeconomy, itisimperative that corporations support the knowledge and information needs of their workers.
