Herring, Jonathan
Jonathan Herring received a BA in Jurisprudence and BCL at Oxford. He is also a qualified (non-practising) solicitor. He has been a Fellow in Law and Director of Studies at New Hall, Cambridge and a Lecturer in Law at Christ Church, Oxford. He is presently a Fellow at Exeter College where he has been since 1999. He is the author of a number of leading textbooks on criminal law, family law, and medical law including Medical Law and Ethics: Text, Cases and Materials on Criminal law, published by Oxford University Press and Family Law (Law Express), published by Pearson.
