Benjamin Hossbach, born in 1966. He completed his architectural studies at the TU Berlin in 1995. He founded the office [phase eins]. project consultants + design competition organizers in 1998. Author of numerous publications on architectural competitions and a guest lecturer at several universities.

Lehmhaus, Christian
Christian Lehmhaus, born in 1963. He completed his architectural studies at
TU ­Berlin in 1993. He has been a partner at ­[phase eins]. project consultants + design competition organizers since 2001.

Eichelmann, Christine
Christine Eichelmann, born in 1959. She completed her architectural studies at the TU Berlin in 1986. She was a partner of [phase eins]. project consultants + design competition organizers between 2008 and 2016. Since 2016, she is working as an architect at the German Federal Foreign Office.
