Wende Huang is a special researcher at the Beijing Institute of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. from the National University of Defense Technology and the Shanghai Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences postdoctoral fellow. He now is also the director of BeiDou Open Laboratory in China-ASEAN (Nanning) Region. He has been engaged in the research of satellite navigation system and spacecraft orbital dynamics for more than 10 years. And he has presided over or participated in more than 20 national projects such as the national key science and technology projects of China's second-generation satellite navigation system and more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects. Huang has been funded by China's postdoctoral science foundation (first-class). Moreover, he has published more than 50 high-level academic papers, published 3 academic monographs in the field of BeiDou, compiled 2 BeiDou textbooks, applied for more than 10 national invention patents, and 8 authorized.
