Agbotiname Lucky Imoize (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, in 2008 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012. He is a lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has been a researcher at Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, under sponsorship from the Nigerian Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through the Nigerian-German Postgraduate Program. He was awarded the Fulbright fellowship as a visiting researcher at the Wireless@VT Laboratory in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, USA, where he worked under the supervision of Prof. R. Michael Buehrer from 2017 to 2018. Before joining the University of Lagos, he was a Lecturer at Bells University of Technology, Nigeria. He also worked as a core network products manager at ZTE Nigeria and as a Network Switching Subsystem Engineer at Globacom Nigeria. His research interests span 6G wireless communication, wireless security systems, and artificial intelligence. Imoize is the Book Editing Officer for the ACM Emerging Interest Group on Trustworthy and Responsible Systems (EIGTRUST). He is the Vice Chair of the IEEE Communication Society Nigeria chapter, a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Abdulwaheed Musa is an award-winning senior academic with international exposure and experience in research, mentoring, leadership, and consulting. Abdulwaheed is a Doctor of Engineering with expertise in wireless communication systems, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology. Nominated for the PhD Best Student award, Dr. Musa also holds a mini-MBA from the Tekedia Institute, Boston, USA. He is the Founding Director of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Systems (CAMS) and Head of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, having served as the Founding Director of the Centre for Telecommunication Research and Development (CTRD) and the Deputy Director of the Centre for Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (CTVET), Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete. He was a postdoctoral research fellow and a senior research associate at the Institute for Intelligent Systems, the University of Johannesburg (one of the flagship institutes and strategic thrusts leading the African region into the Fourth Industrial Revolution). Recognizing his expertise and sterling leadership qualities, he has won academic fellowships, awards, and research grants. He is one of the AI experts of Nigerian descent who developed the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy (NAIS) document in April 2024. He is a reviewer for high-impact professional publishing outlets and has written over sixty (60) scholarly papers published in reputable journals and conference proceedings. As a telecommunication expert, Dr. Musa has represented Nigeria at the ITU Telecom World and the World Economic Forum on Africa. Dr. Musa is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)– USA, a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)– Switzerland and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)– United Kingdom. He possesses excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills and aims to become an extraordinary and successful professional in knowledge generation, dissemination, and application.

Yuichi Sei received his Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he worked at the Mitsubishi Research Institute. In 2013, he joined the University of Electro-Communications, where he currently serves as a professor in the Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering. He also serves as a senior fellow at the Mitsubishi Research Institute, an adjunct researcher at Waseda University, and a visiting professor at the National Institute of Informatics. Additionally, he serves as secretary of the IEEE Computer Society Tokyo/Japan Joint Chapter. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, privacy-preserving data mining, and software engineering. He received the IPSJ/IEEE Computer Society Young Computer Researcher Award in 2021 and is a member of IEEE.

Cristian Randieri is a proactive and visionary academic with over 15 years of active research in experimental nuclear physics. He has conducted studies at leading international laboratories, including CERN, ESRF, and INFN. His research interests encompass hi-tech solutions, advanced industrial applications, and artificial intelligence. Prof. Randieri is a prolific author, with more than 400 scientific and technical publications. He is the founder of Intellisystem Technologies, an Italian research and development company dedicated to creating and commercializing advanced technological solutions. Prof. Randieri currently holds a faculty position at eCampus University and teaches Computer Vision, Databases, and Human-Machine Interfaces. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and a group leader of the Scientific Research & Business group. He collaborates with the Giunta Lab and is.Lab() at Sapienza University of Rome, and serves as EMEA Director of Kwaai, a nonprofit organization committed to democratizing personal AI through open-source technologies.
