Highlighting the way organisations can develop systems in a proactive manner to deal with the myriad problems facing them, this book focuses on

- major technological changes in the banking sector;

- risk management;

- integrating click and brick banking services; and

- problems and solutions with regard to banks’ balance sheet, corporate planning, corporate personnel and e-banking.
