Arun K. Somani is the Senior Associate Dean of the College of Engineering and the Anson Marston Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Iowa State University, USA. He is a Life Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), and Distinguished Engineer of ACM. With over four decades of distinguished academic, research, and administrative experience, Dr. Somani has made seminal contributions to dependable computing, computer networks, high-performance computing, intelligent systems, and cybersecurity. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Canada, and has held several prominent leadership positions, including Associate Dean for Research, Chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Director of the Information Infrastructure Institute at Iowa State University. His research encompasses fault-tolerant systems, optical and wireless networks, FPGA-based architectures, machine learning, autonomous systems, and high-performance computing. Over his illustrious career, he has supervised numerous doctoral scholars, published hundreds of research articles, edited several books, secured multiple patents, and led interdisciplinary projects funded by government agencies and industry. Dr. Somani has served on the editorial boards of leading journals and the technical committees of numerous international conferences, making significant contributions to advancing research and engineering education worldwide.


Ankit Mundra is the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Quality & Compliance and Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Information Technology at Manipal University Jaipur, India. He is an academic administrator, researcher, and higher education strategist with extensive experience in institutional governance, accreditation, quality assurance, and university transformation. His expertise includes academic governance, institutional strategy, performance management, global university rankings, accreditation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. Dr. Mundra has played a pivotal role in driving institutional excellence through the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, and Times Higher Education frameworks. His leadership has contributed significantly to strengthening governance systems, developing institutional performance frameworks, and enhancing the national and global visibility of higher education institutions. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Smart Systems. He has published more than 51 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, edited 5 Springer volumes, and holds over ten patents and copyrights. A recipient of multiple professional excellence awards, including the Dr. Ramdas Pai Professional Excellence Award, Dr. Mundra actively contributes to the global research community through editorial responsibilities, conference leadership, and international academic collaborations. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of several professional societies.


Rohit Kumar Gupta is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the School of Computer Science and Information Technology at Manipal University Jaipur, India. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, and scholarly activities in the areas of cloud computing, content delivery networks, distributed systems, cybersecurity, and intelligent computing. His research focuses on content delivery optimization, predictive caching, recommendation systems, peer-to-peer networks, cloud resource management, and secure communication systems. Dr. Gupta has authored numerous research papers published in reputed international journals and conference proceedings, including publications with IEEE and Springer. He has co-edited Springer conference proceedings and contributed to several edited books in the domains of smart systems and intelligent computing. His research has addressed contemporary challenges in cloud-based content delivery, machine learning applications, cryptography, image security, and distributed computing. In addition to his research contributions, he has been actively involved in mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students and promoting collaborative research through national and international conferences. His commitment to quality research and academic excellence continues to advance the fields of cloud computing, intelligent networking, and next-generation communication systems.


Arka Prokash Mazumdar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur, India. With over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has established himself as a leading researcher in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Vehicles (IoV), Software-Defined Wireless Sensor Networks (SDWSN), autonomous systems, and intelligent communication networks. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna and has been associated with MNIT Jaipur since 2013. Dr. Mazumdar has successfully supervised multiple Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students and has led several sponsored research projects funded by organizations including the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) and the Department of Science and Technology, Rajasthan. His research has resulted in numerous publications in leading international journals and conferences covering IoT, wireless sensor networks, blockchain, software-defined networking, intelligent transportation systems, reinforcement learning, and trust management. He has also served in several academic leadership roles, including curriculum development, ERP implementation, undergraduate programme coordination, and institutional digital transformation initiatives. A Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Mazumdar actively contributes to the research community as an editor, reviewer, conference organizer, and technical programme committee member for leading international conferences and journals.
