Boris Kantsepolsky  is a scholar-practitioner and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience leading strategy, business development, product innovation, and technology development in multinational corporations. He is currently a senior core faculty member at the School of Information Systems at The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and serves as a national representative on the Management Committees of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Actions. His research focuses on Quantum Information Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Lev Topor  is an academic scholar and a senior consultant in the fields of cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, and antisemitism. He has published widely, including the books: (OUP 2021), (Routledge 2023), (Springer 2024), and (Routledge 2026).
