Kaplan, Steve
Steve Kaplan (Benecia, CA) is the CEO and cofounder of RYNO technology. Steve is a charter columnist for Solutions Integrator and was formally a columnist for Reseller Management.

Steve Kaplan is President of AccessFlow, an ROI consulting firm that helps organizations access the value of implementing enterprise access platforms. Kaplan is co-author of Citrix Access Suite for Windows Server 2003: The Official Guide (McGraw-Hill), and also co-authored the first two editions. He has written dozens of articles on subjects such as security, disaster recovery and the effect of regulatory compliance on IT, and has spoken across the globe at events such as Citrix 2005 Asia Pacific iForum, 2005 Continuity Insights Management Conference, and 2005 VMworld. Kaplan has held positions on the advisory boards of several industry manufactures including Microsoft, and he is a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Terminal Server. Kaplan holds a B.S. in business administration from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.Tim Reeser is a partner at 3t Systems. 3t Systems is a Microsoft Gold Partner in Enterprise Systems and a Citrix Platinum partner, and has been providing enterprise server-based solutions for ten years. Reeser is co-author of Citrix MetaFrame for Windows Server 2003: The Official Guide (McGraw-Hill), and also co-authored Citrix MetaFrame for Windows Server 2003: The Official Guide and Citrix Access Suite Advanced Concepts Guide: The Official Guide. He has written dozens of articles on subjects for Windows.NET Magazine and Selling NT Solutions Magazine, and has been a speaker at industry events such as Citrix Solutions Summit, Ingram Micro's Venture Tech Network, and various user groups and consortiums. He holds weekly meetings with client executives, providing constant and timely insight into the current state of the business. Reeser holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, and is MCSE and CSA certified. Alan Wood is the Program Manager for the Advanced Infrastructure practice at 3t Systems. Alan has over 30 years of experience in designing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks and telecommunications systems ranging from military infrastructure to campus networks and teletypes to SONET. In the academic realm, he developed and taught college curriculum for Windows NT Network Administration and Telecommunications Systems. He holds numerous industry certifications from Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and other vendors.
