Urvashi Kaushal is an Associate Professor of English and Head, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, India. Her area of research includes Masculinity Studies, Gender Studies, Indian English Fiction, Diaspora Literature, Postcolonial Fiction and Film Studies and Communication Skills, Employability Skills. She has published several journal articles in IUP journal of English Studies, Interdisciplinary Literary Studies, Intersections: Gender and Sexuality in Asia and the Pacific, and Literary Voice.

Pallavi Panda is a research scholar in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, India. Her broad research area is gender studies, and currently she is pursuing her research on the novels of Jerry Pinto and Amitabha Bagchi. Her research interests also include Masculinity Studies, Film Studies, Cultural Studies, Indian English Fiction, Graphic Narrative, and Comic Studies. She has published papers in journals like Intersections: Gender and Sexuality in Asia and the Pacific, and Literary Voice.
