Dr. Deepak Kumar is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at La Trobe University, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and blockchain technology at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He holds an integrated degree in Information Technology (B.Tech) and Finance (MBA) from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior. Deepak completed his PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and La Trobe University, focusing on 'Blockchain-based Decentralized Financing for Small and Medium Enterprises.'

Dr. Ramswarup Bhaskar is an Assistant Professor in the area of Business Policy, Strategy & Entrepreneurship at IIM Jammu. He has received his master’s and doctorate degrees in Entrepreneurship from IIT Kanpur, India. With over nine years of experience in entrepreneurship research, education, and mentoring, he has contributed to various projects, publications, and policy interventions related to technology management, and commercialization.

Dr Chandra Sekhar is Working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. With over six years of experience in teaching and research, he has received numerous grants from the Government of India. His research areas include Entrepreneurship development, career management in family business firms, career management of sports personnel, Strategic HRM, AI in HRM, Playful Work Design, Dark Triad Personality, HR Flexibility, Employee Well-being, and Employee Time Theft.
