Michael E. Lamb is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of Cambridge and author or editor of more than 50 books on child development, family relationships, and children in the legal system. His research has shaped law and practice regarding post-divorce parent-child relationships, fostering, adoption, LGBTQ+ parenting, and children’s testimony. He has received multiple awards from the American Psychological Association, Association for Psychological Science, and Society for Research in Child Development, along with honorary degrees from four international universities.
