Laura Lennox is Professor of Implementation Science and Healthcare Improvement and Deputy Director of the Knowledge Mobilisation Programme at the Geller Institute of Ageing and Memory at the University of West London. An internationally recognised implementation scientist, her work focuses on translating evidence into practice and improving outcomes across complex health and care systems.

Grazia Antonacci is an implementation scientist and senior applied health services researcher at Imperial College London, where she works across the School of Public Health and the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Innovation at the Business School. She contributes to international policy work on health innovation ecosystems, cross-border healthcare, and AI health technology assessment (HTA) and regulation through projects with the European Health Parliament and the European Health Management Association.

Andrew Riley is a health services researcher and implementation specialist based in the Department of Primary Care and Mental Health at the University of Liverpool. His research focuses on the process evaluation, scaling, and long-term sustainability of complex community-based health interventions, particularly those designed to address structural health inequities and the social determinants of health.

Cornelia Junghans Minton is Associate Professor of Primary Care and Public Health on the Knowledge Mobilisation Programme at the Geller Institute of Ageing and Memory at the University of West London and Senior Clinical Fellow in Primary Care in the School of Public Health at Imperial College London, a practising GP and Public Health Specialist, and Clinical Lead of the Community Health and Wellbeing Worker (CHWW) programme in Westminster.

Matthew Harris is a Clinical Reader in Public Health Innovation and NHS Consultant in Public Health Medicine, Imperial College London; Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health and Fellow of the UK Royal College of Physicians. He is national co-lead for the Community Health and Wellbeing Worker (CHWW) programme in the National Association of Primary Care. His work as a GP in Brazil between 1999-2003 inspired the CHWW programme in the UK.
