Ning Li, an associate professor at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). He also serves as the sub-platform leader and head of new energy technology at BIT Chongqing Innovation Center. From 2016 to 2020, he conducted postdoctoral research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the United States, focusing on interdisciplinary fundamental research in energy materials such as silicon-based anodes and layered cathodes, as well as synchrotron radiation characterization. He has published over 100 papers in high-impact journals.

Dr. Liang Zhang joined FUNSOM at Soochow University as a full professor since 2019. He has been working on the energy storage materials and synchrotron radiation, including high-energy and high-power secondary batteries, application of in-situ/operando X-ray spectroscopy (XAS/XES/RIXS/XPS) and the development of new in situ/operando synchrotron radiation-based spectroscopy and microscopy methods and their applications in energy storage and conversion materials. He has published more than 180 papers.
