Peter Lorange  (Switzerland) is Chairman of S. Ugelstad Invest, Norway, and Honorary President of IMD, Lausanne. Formerly President of IMD and BI Norwegian Business School, he has also taught at MIT Sloan and Wharton. He has authored over 30 books and 100 articles.

Sigvald Harryson  (Sweden) is Founder and CEO of iKNOW-WHO, a firm specializing in cocreating extreme breakthroughs. He is also Founder and Chairman of iNNOVENTUM, a firm making emobility sustainable. After serving 6 years as Professor of Disruptive Innovation at HULT in San Francisco, he is now back in Europe with full focus on making sustainability profitable.

Karin Mugnaini (Switzerland) helps business leaders and their organizations to manage and achieve conflict resolution through challenging negotiations, most recently at Schranner Consulting AG. She was formerly Head of the International Alumni Association at IMD, Lausanne and President and COO of Lorange Network, a virtual learning and networking platform for top executives from the family business, family office, corporate and private investment spaces.
