Madsen, Susanne
Susanne Madsen is a recognised project leadership expert and one of the world's leading project management coaches. She is an internationally recognised leadership coach and the award-winning author of The Power of Project Leadership. With over fifteen years experience of managing and implementing large change programmes of up to $30 million for major corporations worldwide, she is a regular speaker for organisations including Citigroup, Alcatel Lucent, Expedia and APM among others.

A popular keynote speaker on the topic of leadership, emotional intelligence, stress, and team motivation, Susanne has worked with many high-profile organisations such as JP Morgan, Citigroup, Philips, BAM and NXP. Susanne is also a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster.

Susanne Madsen is an internationally recognized project leadership coach, trainer and consultant. Prior to setting up her own business, she worked for almost 20 years in the corporate sector leading high-profile programmes for major global corporations. She is a fully qualified corporate and executive coach accredited by DISC, and a regular contributor to the Association for Project Management (APM). She is a frequent speaker at organizations and leading business schools and is also the co-founder of The Project Leadership Institute, which is dedicated to building authentic project leaders.
