Moser, A. P.
A. P. Moser is professor and associate dean at Utah State University. He is also founder and director of the Piping Systems Institute, which is a short course that helps train practicing engineers in the design of buried piping systems. He serves on piping committees of the Transportation Research Board and is the past chairman of the committee on culverts and hydraulic structures. He is a consultant to many municipalities, pipe manufacturing companies, and engineering firms. He serves on many bodies that develop codes and specifications for buried piping systems.

A. P. Moser is a Fellow and Life Member of ASME. He has served on committees of the Transportation Research Board and is an Emeritus Member of the Culverts and Hydraulic Structures Committee. He is a Life Member of American Water Works Association (AWWA). Emeritus Associate Dean and Emeritus Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Utah State University, Dr. Moser is heavily involved in establishing piping specifications and regulations.Steven Folkman is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at Utah State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a Member of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F17 Plastic Piping System, a Member of AWWA and a Member of the Transportation Research Board Committee on Culverts and Hydraulic Structures. Dr. Folkman is involved in nonlinear finite element modeling and testing of buried structures.
