Jens Mühlstedt is UX expert, usability engineer and project manager. After finishing his studies in mechanical engineering in 2006, he worked as a scientist at the Chemnitz University of Technology. There he focused on ergonomics and innovation engineering and graduated as PhD. Since 2014 he has been working in a design agency, leading and executing projects for human-machine interaction, innovation and product design. His expertise covers usability engineering, user experience and product innovations, for which he publishes papers, talks at conferences anddevelops new methods.
