Shruti Nandwana is Assistant Professor of Law at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. She holds a PhD from the same institution; an LLM in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru; and a BA LLB (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Prior to academia, she practised as an associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi. Her teaching and research engage with corporate governance, corporate accountability, and business regulation, with a particular interest in evolving regulatory challenges. She has published in reputed journals, presented at international conferences, and contributed as a reviewer to leading law reviews.
