<b>Tony Nicholls</b> is an independent Organization Development Consultant working globally across the private, public and third sectors. His private sector clients have included corporates and SME businesses, primarily from within the Financial Services sector. Within the public sector, Tony has supported various departments across the UK Civil Service and is faculty for the Masters-level UK Civil Service Organization Design and Development capability programmes. Tony previously held the role of Principal Consultant with Mayvin Ltd and before that held senior HR and OD roles in Financial Services organizations. Tony lives in the Lake District, UK.

Tony Nicholls is a Principal Consultant with Mayvin Ltd, a Leadership, Organization Design and Organization Development consultancy working globally across the private, public and third sectors. His private sector clients have included Zurich and Close Brothers and for the public sector, he works across the UK Civil Service and with Local Government organisations. Based in Wilmslow, UK, he is also the faculty lead for the UK Civil Service Organisation Design and Development capability development programmes.
