Thomas Oebbecke, Dipl. Ing. M. Sc. is an architect, author, and sustainability expert with more than 30 years of international experience in the built environment. As founder of the German Institute for Sustainable Real Estate Management (DIFNI), he pioneered the introduction of BREEAM and digital certification methodologies in Germany. He is a former Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Interboden Group and has been actively shaping the transformation towards climate-resilient and sustainable real estate throughout his professional career.
